I just got the Wii and I ordered Wii Fit Plus. I was wondering if anyone has lost any weight from just using Wii Fit how much they lost.

I've used it for over a year now, but I didn't lose the weight by JUST that- it was MFP too! They say that diet is most of the battle anyways. I think it is great because you can do it from the comfort of your own home, and some of the exercises are fun. But you can overestimate how much work you are doing too- you get out of it what you put into it, so if you aren't working hard, it won't be a good work out. I also like their tracking- every day you weight in on it, it tracks your BMI, weight, and weight loss, and gives you nice little graphs, which is awesome to see your progress. Good luck! :flowerforyou:0

It is a good workout!! With the wii you really have to work hard to actually burn the calories it says you are burning.
Eating is 80%...between the wii and healthy eating, yes you will definitely see results!
80% eating
10% working out

I have had the Wii Fit (Plus) for 2 years now. When I started (before a pregnancy) I lost 65 pounds by just using the Wii Fit Plus.
I recently got EA Sports Active 2 for the Wii, and it is SO much more of a workout. If you are going from a sedentary life style to just working out the fit is GREAT for that, but if you are already "working out" it isn't much of a workout. I highly recommend to use both the Wii Fit (Plus) and EA Sports Active 2 in conjunction.
