I try not to eat after dinner. Snacking after dinner until bed time is a bad habit for me, that's where I've gained most of this weight.

I have a 1.5L water bottle that I fill at least 2x a day. That's 100oz, I count that as 12 glasses.

Same here!! My BFF is also tiny. All I have to do is look at some fries and I gain 5lbs. It's so frustrating that she can eat whatever she wants and gains no weight. I feel your pain!

Hi! I'm new here too! I'm trying to lose baby weight/fit into a wedding dress, I've been working at it for about 4 weeks now, I've lost 10lbs so far, going for 47 more! :happy: we can do this!
