  • I went most of the way through the normal version a while ago, and something like being out of town threw me off finishing. I am actually starting the lean program today, and hopefully I'll be able to make it through to the end this time! I hope you made it as well. :smile:
  • I've done most of the P90x program, and am starting to do it again actually. I have Insanity, and PiYo also. I love them, Insanity is just too intense for me at this level of fitness. :) I too suck at proper eating. I lost about 60 lbs in my early 20's just doing protein powder and fruit smoothies for breakfast, or oatmeal…

  • SMITE is what i've been hooked on this summer. I have some games on steam, and I love FPS, but can't play them for long. :( I played WoW for about 5 years and am totally over it, gone back a few times and still can't get back into it... if any of you play SMITE add me Sunariel :D

  • you posted it for validation, not support. you wanted everyone to tell you that you are right and that you don't need to worry about counting fruit calories. Food is food, to lose weight what goes in must be less than what gets burned. so, you shouldn't feel like crap, just make the change. :) Fruit is actually really high…

  • I enjoy toning dvds more than straight cardio, that's not to say I don't have both. My favorite at the moment is a crunch workout called burn and firm pilates, has weights and plenty of movement to burn calories. The few times I've done it with my hr monitor I burned around 500 calories...but of course that will differ…
