Pick out a really cute bathing suit from Victoria Secret. Make copies of it and tape them all over your house. Tell yourself that when you get where you can wear it, you'll order it for the summer. You're alot closer to wearing one of those suits than I am, so get off the pot the just do it!!!!!!

I think increasing your calorie intake might be key. If you're working out, you need those extra calories. If your body is not getting enough fuel, weightloss will stall.

You're counting your calories, but how many? You have to give fuel to your body to burn fat. If a fire runs low on wood it goes out. If your body runs low on fuel, it stops burning fat. You need those calories to support your workouts.

Make sure to eat your exercise calories and cut out the junk. Chips, Pizza Hut, etc., you could maybe have for one meal a week as a reward, but the rest of the time you need lean protein, veggies, whole grains.

I'm seeing results since I added deadlifts, deep squats, and elevated split lunges. These really work the core muscles. I see the belly area shrinking as in my pants and underwear no longer cut into me.

You're under eating which is causing your body to hold on to what little fuel it's getting to keep from starving. Eat the calorie number MFP gave you when you signed on and then eat most of the extra calories you earn through your workouts. Your body needs fuel to burn fat, fuel is food!

For me, I'm having better results eating back my exercise calories. I was stuck at the same number FOREVER!!!! But started losing once I began eating them back. I also do strength training and need those extra calories to support muscle building. Plus I love that I can eat so much!!!

I get 1310 calories given to me by MFP for days I don't workout, then I add 363 calories, which I earn from 40 min. of circuit traning. That gives me 1673 calories to eat to support my workout, build muscle and lose weight. I ciruit train 4 to 5 days a week. Hope this helps.

You can eat more cause you are exercising. Therefore, you won't be hungry. Exercise calories are a wonderful thing, plus you will keep from losing muscle cause you're no longer starving yourself.
