My weight hasn't budged in weeks, and it's really frustrating because I've been really trying to watch what I eat and stay active. I uped my calories by about 100, thinking maybe I was eating too little. I aim for 1300-1400 a day. I've also decided to lessen my pilates and up my cario with running and the 30 day shred. Is there anything else I should be doing? i've heard changing things up can help with this.

P.S.- Does this sound like a good plan to end* a "plateau*?" (The typo in the title was bothering me)

And yes it is a good plan. Do you eat your exercise calories?

Make sure to eat your exercise calories and cut out the junk. Chips, Pizza Hut, etc., you could maybe have for one meal a week as a reward, but the rest of the time you need lean protein, veggies, whole grains.

I try, but I do work at Pizza hut. haha That's why I eat from there so much, because sometimes I forget to pack a lunch.

You may need to play around with the calories. I was told by my dr. to maintain my weight I need 1500 calories a day. To loose this weight I need to be under. So fluctuate your calories and see if that works.
