My TDEE is 2531 My BMR is 2109 Myfitnesspal has me at 1600! And that is even under estimating my activity level in the TDEE/BMR calculator!

I do for sanity sake. I have a cheat meal on Saturday and go over around 600 calories over my daily goal and I've still lost 2 pounds a week for the last 3.5 months.

Ok, that makes me feel better. I never go over during the week, only on Saturdays when I have the cheat meal. Last Saturday i was at 2800, so 100 above maintence for me but usually its lower than that.

I just decided the other day to only record "new lows", that way I don't have to see the zig zagging. I think that will help too.

I've tried doing that, but it doesn' work out too well for me. When i see a gain when I weigh my self only once a week, it freaks me out even more than if i see a slight descrepnecies during the week.
