You look great and it is an amazing post! Plus we have to remember that 5lb of fat is bigger than 5lb of muscle, so you look smaller weighting the same.

I double it up now, but I am only day 3. For Phase 1 it is pretty manageable, but i don't know if i'll do it for phase 2 and on.

I just started the workouts Am and Pm and I finished day 3 today!
