Eat right...

Just finished day 3, week 2 of Body Revolution. Guys, it does get easier! I remember, during week one, i could barely do some of the exercises and was using 5lbs, now i practically do them all and with 8lbs. Just very important to eat right at the same time. If you are at a 1200 cals diet, like I am (ok sometimes i cheat and get to 1300 cals) , please do not starve yourself, like : "I had a bag of chips and that's all my calories for the day"... no! Your body needs nutrients to work with. Plus, especially at a low cals diet, use some protein supplements, they don't have carbs or sugars and are extremely low on calories.
I use Rivalus-Promasil shake (98cals, 1g fat, 0 carbs, 22g proteins), Progressive-MultiVitamins for active women (they have more than the store ones, like green tea, d3, k2, glutamine, anioxidants, stress relieve nutrients and green food concentrates) and a fat burner Rivalus- Mpower. I actually went and got a consultation from a professional for free! The fat burner is an extra but the protein shake and especially the vitamins are very important! I do not say use these brands, but its a simple guideline.
People tend to forget, that your body needs something to work with and no, even if you take protein shakes, ladies you are not going to become bulky! You need to eat a lot to become bulky! That is why I use this shake in particular. My boyfriends wants to gain muscle so he uses a special mass protein shake with like a massive amount of calories and carbs in it and plus he is at a 2400cals diet and he still has trouble gaining muscle!
If you are losing weight you want to become healthy and starvation is not pretty healthy last time I checked! Please make sure you eat right while you exercise. Girls and guys I really want to see you all pretty and healthy! Cheers! Hope that helps someone.

i agree with most of the things you said ... except the 1200 cal thing .. unless you are 5foot 2 or less you should eat at least 1300 - 1600 cal a day especial if you are working out .. i am currently slowly increasing my calorie count myself to 1500 since i been at 800-1200 a day ... and trust me no matter how healthy i ate or how much i worked out i could not loose any weight at that point. hopefully i can now0

I'm 5'2 eat between 1700-2000 calories. 1200 I would be starving. :sick:0

write down what you are doing, it will really help motivate you later when you look back and see all your progress

@sophayz Wow 800cals a day! That is so little! For now i am trying around 1200-1400 cals a day with proper supplements. But the professional i consulted told that different bodies react differently to different intakes of nutrients and if i feel tired, dizzy or if i stop losing weight on that diet gradually increase the calories intake. For now I am fine though.
@sharonfoustmi Thank you. I find sharing is the best way. You never know who you might help. Even if i motivated one person i did my job
Oh and Yeah I an 5 foot 6. I tried to eliminate stuff like breat, bagels... heavy carb bombs in general and here went half my calories intake XD Does it mean i dont eat them anymore, no, but i do it pretty rare.0
