I understand. I also log cleaning a couple days a week. And the reason why is, I clean MY church ( two buildings, up stairs and down). I do this once at the begining of the week and once at the end and It is alot more work than I usually do at home.

Try a B vitamin complex for energy. It helps me. Take it after lunch.

I know what you mean. I try not to think of it as a diet anymore but a way of life. And I eat what I want just in small portions and the low fat types. It does help to be able to vent.

when I gain I get upset too....but I have found that if I stick to it and drink lots of water I have really lost more. I eat a lot of salt to so I try not to weigh everyday. It is a slow process but it is worth it. My goal is to be smaller by summer so I have a long way to go and a short time but I want give up. (one day…

My dad did that type of diet and when he stopped he gained it all back. It is to limiting to me.

cutting out carbs can cause headaches too. I just keep my calories and fat down. I am not losing fast but I am losing.

Does that include rice and pasta? If not I am in but I do alot of pre packages stuff and they are big on rice and pasta.

thanks for posting that...I was really stressing because I have been under on my net and I wasnt sure what to do. I have been eating some of my exercise calories but not all. I am also worried because my protein has been a little high. Can that be a problem as long as I work out?
