Hello, I am not new, however, I am not successful either. I need help. I am trying a low carb, high protien diet. Any advice?

Those kinds of diets are generally pretty horrible and after about a week you want to kill yourself and everyone around you.
I honestly believe the best way to lose weight is to eat little and often and exercise at least 5 times a week for 30 - 45 mins per session
If you cut out carbs you will have no energy and feel lathargic and depressed and even less likely want to stick to your programme.
So get out get exercising and watch what you eat and try and keep 20% inside recommended nutrient allowances for carbs, calories and saturated fats. Oh and drink 2 litres of water a day this will speed up your weight loss.0 -
cutting out carbs can cause headaches too. I just keep my calories and fat down. I am not losing fast but I am losing.0

My dad did that type of diet and when he stopped he gained it all back. It is to limiting to me.0
