I'm into day 5 of a 14 day liquid diet. First few days I was starving but it's much easier now. Drinking tons of water (good practice for the future) and keeping my eye on the prize.

Oh my goodness thank you! Your words made me cry. Everything you said was true and is so much to take in and think about but I will. I've spent my life "shoulding" all over myself.
