I would say do what you can. Even if you cant do as many reps as the people on the videos you're still going to get a great workout and over time you will improve

You might be eating to few calories, especially if you are doing a fitness routine like insanity. But if that is you in your profile pic then you shouldnt have to lose weight because you look so fit

I would definitely try to incorporate some strength training into your routine. Muscle burns more calories than fat.

just stay clear of exercises that involve alot of impact to the joints(namely running). Swimming and working your upperbody with weights seem like good options

It can be very difficult to stick to the Insanity schedule if youre constantly sore. Personally I did another fitness reginment(Jillian Michael and Bob Harper videos ) for about a month..those made me plenty sore but once I started Insanity I only felt a bit of soreness in my calves.
