I just don't record it, or add 1,000-2,000 calories. It doesn't really matter, one day won't hurt, even two days won't hurt. It takes months to get fat.

A calorie is a calorie, you are correct. The goals are there for weight loss. Sodium and Sugar have no effect on fat loss if you are within your caloric goals, even if you went over on sugar, but was under on calories for example, same effect would happen.

Bench Deadlift OHP would be squat but hurts my lower back (physio doesntknow why cos shes an *kitten*) but if the gods allow me a fixed back, remove ohp and add squat ;)
