I've gone over by like 500 or so but that's only when I log it. When I know I'm going to eat way too much, I don't log it cuz I just don't want to know.

I have the same issue of snacking in the evening and its hard for me cuz I'm a huge snacker all day also. I would say don't eat if your not hungry, but just have healthy snacks on hand just in case. I'm still experimenting with food intake so that's all I got now. If you keep yourself busy, you won't snack as much and that…

I don't feel satisfied. I finish eatig one thing and then start on another thing, never feeling really full or hungry. I'm used to eating whatever I want whenever I want, so that's probably why I"m having such a struggle. And I also eat in front of the TV a lot :/ I'm trying to not do that so much.

I looove this! It is sooo true. When I'm busier, I tend to eat a lot less than if I'm sitting at home.
