Is it necessary to eat every 3 hours ? I am finding that I am not hungry but I eat anyways since that’s what everyone keeps saying … eat every 3 hours. Id like to eat breakfast @ 8, Lunch @ 1 & dinner @ 6 snacking when I feel like it .. I am a big snacker & I want to snack in the evening so I’d like to save some calories for the evening. Thoughts ?

  • Only eat when you are hungry, but if you eat smaller meals, eat 5-6 times a day! That works for me!
  • I have the same issue of snacking in the evening and its hard for me cuz I'm a huge snacker all day also. I would say don't eat if your not hungry, but just have healthy snacks on hand just in case. I'm still experimenting with food intake so that's all I got now. If you keep yourself busy, you won't snack as much and that could save calories for the evening snack time. That's what I try to do.
  • Thanks for the tips everyone ! I keep hearing ... eat every 3-4 hours ... but if I am not hungry, I don't want to be eating !
