You can do it :) Maybe you should find another activity you enjoy. Sometimes too much of the same exercise makes you feel bored with it and you could lose motivation :) Try something new and fun. It will also keep your body guessing which is good for your muscles.

There is something called a wall when you are losing weight. When you lose a lot of weight, you will get to a point your body is used to your diet and exercise.
