I wouldn't recommend frozen foods. I know you stated you don't have much time to cook, but I would highly recommend finding foods you can make in bulk and use for the rest of the week. Visit reddit.com/r/EatCheapAndHealthy They have a lot of user-uploaded recipes that are ... cheap and healthy :).

Dietary fiber and protein. Helps a lot. I get most of my protein through protein supplements. Fiber from beans.

Huh? You can't gain muscle while eating at a deficit? I have, unless there's some hard mass growing on my body.

Thanks. I still don't want to go over maintenance though. Eating around or at it would be fine, as I wouldn't even be gaining weight. That would be 1800 calories of just straight up beef. I doubt I can eat that much so I guess I will go crazy. Thanks again. :)

Thanks for the quick response. I have no problem keeping my calories within my goal, I just hate eating sparingly throughout the day. 650 cal burrito bowl here I come.

TDEE told me to eat a lot ... and I know I will gain weight doing that. I guess I could bump it up to 1500. I just do more of weight lifting, but MyFitnessPal doesnt record that.

This one tells me to eat around 1900. I tried that a while back and I was slowly gaining weight.

I wasn't even keeping track. My guess is maybe around 2300-2500. I was gaining weight pretty fast then.
