I don't know how accurate this could be. I dont have a tape measure with me BUT I used to be able to wrap my thumb and middle finger around and they would touch -- when I was thin. Now I'm fat and they dont touch. So there is obviously some fat around my wrist, which means... this can change and therefore can't be right…

Add some friends and check their diaries. Bring a salad for lunch.
-
This is one very large serving, could be 2 servings @ 130 cal each

I'm fat and I breathe all the time. I also drink a lot of water. So yeah, breathing + water = fatty fat fat.

Calories can't tell time. This has been proven false.

Stop trying to feel full and start trying to feel not hungry -- two different things. It takes time. Best of luck.

I wanna try candied fried rice.

Also, to be fair, it will NEVER be accurate for something like fried rice. You would be better off adding rice, then oil, then veggies, then meat, etc. If you are not preparing it yourself, you really have no idea what is in what you are eating.

I would suggest uploading your own foods into the database if you have a concern that what is there is not correct.

Yeah, you pretty much nailed it.

Crab (or krab) Avocado Brown Rice Diced cucumber 1/2 soy sauce 1/2 rice wine vinegar dressing

Break up.

This.

I suggest you add some friends and check out their diaries.

I make small substitutions, but I think all the fat from the whole milk is probably plenty.
-
Oooh, I think I will add some garlic and some cumin. I hate onion. Oooh maybe onion powder.
-
Every time I prep mine in advance it seems... dry. I've started using extra sauce to try to combat this.

TL;DR is "too long; didn't read"

I wish I knew what to say to help you. Maybe before you go, you need to remind yourself what you are doing to help yourself. And maybe you need to tell them to shut the hell up. I don't know. Get rid of all binge-y foods and stock up on veggies before you go. Best of luck.

I cook for my family and make enough for 3 adult servings. I get one serving, my kids (age 5 and 1) split a little less than one serving, and husband gets a little more than one serving. If he doesn't like it, he is free to make his own food. Which he never does. Except on Sundays when he cooks ribs. I don't like ribs.

Nevermind, its closed. :(

If you do this, we can really help.

I always bring a salad and a meat. I change up my dressing and the meat choice so its not always the same. Leftover grilled chicken is my favorite.

You can't ruin your metabolism.

I am adding a jump rope to my weekly shopping list!

Sounds good, any idea on the calorie content? If not, thats ok, I can plug it in :)

Well, 8oz of chicken breast is about 220 cal. I marinate mine in italian dressing (cal varies) and grill. If you don't own a grill, you could fry up some chicken in coconut oil. I like to add Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning as I fry in coconut oil.
