Looking for easy chicken recipes
Hi!
So, except for schnitzels, I have never prepared any chicken before. Nor have I prepared anything that used to be alive. My DH is vegetarian and we eat together, so I never bothered. (except for dinner parties, hence the schnitzels).
Now, I have this new horizon with a lot more free time, and a whole lot less stress (I finished my MBA!!!). I want to start cooking healthy, lean, animal based proteins for lunch for myself. (I could only cook dinner and buy lunch outside until now.)
But I don't know the first thing!
Can some of you help me with links or easy chicken recipes that are around 200 cal per serving? Can be other animal sources too (seriously not a picky eater), but chicken has so much protein, so I prefer.
THANKS!!!

Well, 8oz of chicken breast is about 220 cal. I marinate mine in italian dressing (cal varies) and grill. If you don't own a grill, you could fry up some chicken in coconut oil. I like to add Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning as I fry in coconut oil.0

Salt, pepper, olive oil. Place on grill. Cook a few minutes - flip. Few minutes later - remove. Seriously chicken is that easy. Just don't over cook it. Add it to your favorite vegan/vegetarian recipes. For lunch today I had Chicken Pumpkin Chili (recipe by Civilized Caveman). It was so yummy!0
