You and I sound very similar. I lost a ton of weight and gained 30 of it back myself. No one seems to notice but me and it really bothers me. Trying to get back on track but it's really hard, I don't know why I could do it before and not now. Would love to see if we can help each other get back on the right path.

Hi, Last year I was down to 160 and ballooned back up to 190's. I'm 5'3 and while not back to my heaviest (around 230), I'm terrified that I'm heading that way. Really need some help and encouragement. I'm 43, but 20 something at heart and have an almost 10 year old son.

Me....mememememememe......... I really need some motivation too. I go to several exercists classes a week but my eating habits suck some days. Some days they are great...need to be great everyday though.
