70 pounds that is fantastic. I am a newby just starting my journey today. My goal is 120 lbs for the long ranger as I am not dieting but changing my life. I am so excited to find myself again in this journey.

I really need some motivation too. I go to several exercists classes a week but my eating habits suck some days. Some days they are great...need to be great everyday though.
