I've gained 3lbs in one week. Sorry but that's not normal. I'm giving it one more week before I give up completely. If I'm gonna gain weight I may as well ENJOY it, I'm feeling really low about it but too annoyed to wanna bother carrying on.

I'm gaining weight too. I have gained 4lbs this week I'm absolutely furious. I won't give up (even though I feel like it) but what's the point in working so hard only to GAIN weight when I'm already a beached whale?! I don't understand why I'm gaining so I definitely wouldn't know why u are. But I feel ur pain lol.

Because usually when I weigh myself at night I get an idea of what I'll weigh tomorrow, and by the looks of things I'm gonna be at least 1.5lbs heavier tomorrow than I was this morning. 4lbs seems a lot to vanish overnight that's what I'm worried about

How do u make ur diary public? It's just never happened to me before, or if it has, I've never known about it! Just took me by surprise but after reading the comments I'm fine now thanks :) I need to lose 24 lbs within the next few months and can't afford any setbacks!

Oh I thought that only happened the week before & not during? If it is just that I can relax. But I'm a bit upset because 2lbs is a massive setback (mentally) at this stage in my plan. But never mind. At least I'm not the only one. Thanks!

I just wonder why though. With how much water I drink and how super low my sugar/sodium intake is (have a look at my food diary). Oh well, no worries. I'm good now. Thanks for ur help :smile:

Thank you guys. Just very frustrating as this has never happened to me before for no reason. Also feel like I haven't got time for this, I have targets to meet lol. But if it's 'the norm' I suppose I can cope lol :blush:
