I'm starting round 2 of my weightloss after reaching half way point. I'm trying to up my carbs (literally brown rice & sweet potatoes - that's it) but strictly sticking to my new macros. I've gained about 3lbs this week. This can't be fat, I know this must be water but will this continue? Will I gain before I lose after…

20 mins cardio x2 per day?
20 mins of tae bo before work, then another 20 mins after work combined with healthy diet plan. What do you think? Is this enough? After the first couple of weeks or so I can increase my evening workouts to burn more.

Why have I gained 2lbs in 2 days?!
Shouldn't be water weight - I drink 3 ltrs water daily, low sodium and never ever use extra salt, sugar comes from complex carbs only. Working out daily, but highly doubt it's muscle YET.
