Anyone use this? I started out with them, stopped, went back to Tae Bo with Billy Blanks combined with Callanetics (10 years younger in 10 hours). Wanna go back to FitnessBlender but I just find it so HARD. They're AMAZING but hard. I have downloaded a couple of their exercise programmes, and am hoping to start the 5 day challenge today just to give me a head start.
Has anyone had any great success with FitnessBlender? If so which were your fave workouts, how often did you do them, and did you try any of the programmes? I struggle because there's SO many vids to choose from and I have SO much work to do on my body! Advice please.

I did their four week beginner program, then immediately did their eight week "busy people" program. It kept me from gaining weight over the winter and helped me learn about a lot of strength and cardio moves I'd never tried before. It also helped build exercise as a daily habit. Absolutely worthwhile even though I didn't lose a lot weight wise.
Now I'm back to running 3 days a week, but on the other three days I do either a HIIT app or a Fitness Blender video. If you join their website you can search by workout type, time, equipment, etc and set up a favorite list so you can find things quickly. I have upper body, lower body, and some cardio HIIT videos I go through on my non running days.0 -
Came back to add some specific titles I like:
Tank Top Arms (there are 3 I think, and I love them all)
Total Body Strength + Cardio HIIT: You vs. You - this one is tough because of the HIIT intervals but GOOD
Cardio Kickboxing Workout to Burn Fat at Home - awesome burn!!
Total Body Barre Workout - deceptively simple, but man do my muscles burn the next day
Fit is Better than Skinny - total body strength + cardio0
