Fat Arm Syndrome

At almost my target weight, my arms are absolutely ridiculous. I do strength train as well as doing cardio. I'm gaining muscle, but my arms are still so fat (underneath).
I know you can't spot reduce fat, problem is I don't wanna keep losing all over my body just to slim down my arms because then I'm going end up losing far TOO much and not looking how I want to look. Why are my arms so damn fat and what can I do about this? It's definitely NOT loose skin, it's pure FAT!
Ps. I don't have this problem anywhere else, my tummy is always the first thing to disappear, while my legs shrink nice and quickly along with it, but my arms seem to stay the same no matter how small I get. It is really getting me down because they are just so disgusting. Any advice?

Because you're genetically predisposed to hold more fat there. Nothing can be done about it except overall fat loss, surgery, or acceptance. It is really getting me down because they are just so disgusting.
Has anyone complained? How has it handicapped your life?

Your arms, my belly.
Just do what you can do and keep lifting.0 -
Keep lifting. When I got close to my goal weight, I hated my arms so much. Over a year later, no fat left. Very muscular arms. Still working on my upper thighs. It takes lots and lots of patience.0

Genetic predisposition. It's different for everyone. For you arms. For others, back fat, leg fat, ab fat, neck fat, etc. are their issues.
