20 mins cardio x2 per day?

20 mins of tae bo before work, then another 20 mins after work combined with healthy diet plan. What do you think? Is this enough? After the first couple of weeks or so I can increase my evening workouts to burn more.

    Assuming you're talking about weight loss... Definitely. Though, the key here is the part about "diet plan".
