CALORIE BURN CONFUSION!

Hi!
Just need someone to clear this up for me.
If I workout in the morning (which I do) and in the evening I decide to have a takeaway (which I did last night), in order to burn those calories from the takeaway do I have to exercise right away? Or can I workout as usual the next day and will burn off the cals from last night? (obviously making sure to burn off the exact amount of cals consumed)
So basically, if you eat like **** one day, and don't burn it off straight away, has it already stored on your body so even if you workout the next day it won't count? Please help, I'm no expert! x

It's cumulative. So if in a week you eat 3500 calories less than you need in that week you should lose a pound. You don't have to exercise right after you eat. That's why your diary shows you how many calories you have left for the day, no matter what time you worked out. You can eat over one day and under the next as long as you end up at a deficit at the end of the week. Some people save their calories for a meal like you are talking about or exercise more throughout the day to make up for it. Whatever works for you.0
