24, hypo and taking Thyrax in the morning. Diagnosed about 2 years ago. Was actually told by my doctor that losing weight was going to be VERY hard - if not impossible, which is total bullsh*t. I'm 19kg down so far, and finally feeling better. You can do it too!

This is torture. I'm SUCH a nut-butter fanatic! Nothing creamy though (like the Jiff variety they sell here too), but only organic stuff. Cashew, peanut, almond.. tahin paste is awesome too!

Eversince I gained all that weight, I haven't been "able" (didn't feel comfortable) to wear sleeves that are shorter than just past the elbow; so either a longsleeve, 3/4" sleeve or vest over EVERYTHING. Did level 1 - day 2 today. My legs were preetttty sore, so I figured I was going to have a much harder time.. but it actually was a little easier. Still beat afterwards, but felt great. Started this today, after having tried a few others to see which one I liked.. Jillian is awesome :) Anyway, I'm on Level 1 / day 1 now, had a pretty hard time and stopped two times during (no longer than 5 sec like she said). My legs hurt, but looking forward to tomorrow!
