  • Amen Size10Againx. Actually my family is very supportive of my new "diet" and help by making meals expecially dinners lower in calioies. But work is another issue. When we have food day at work there is a buffet that can rival any Chinesse buffet. God forbid you should turn down a sample of their dish. This past food day I…
  • Try walking first. It's the easiest exercise to start with. start doing 10 -15 minutes at least once a day. When that feels comfortable increase your time and maybe your speed. Good Luck!

  • Thanks
  • I have an office job too. Do you have 15 minute breaks at work? that is when I walk even if it is around the buiding. 15 minutes might take another 100 calories off. I just started last Thursday so I haven't lost any weight yet. (I think my body is in shock) lol. Plug away at getting small amounts of exercise throughout…
  • I also walk at work. I get anywhere from 1.1 to 2.2 miles in per day. It may not seem much but it makes a difference in my legs since my knees can't take running (yet).
