The only guideline I had was maximum of 10 calories per gram of protein and nothing with more than 30 grams per serving. So 20 gr protein can't be more than 200 calories. I take Biotin to help! I've lost about 2/3 of the thickness of my hair and I'm thankful I had a lot of hair! It comes out by the brush full, and I'm 6 months after surgery. The biotin helps a little

Pay off all our debt, including our house, buy a new car and then live comfortably for the rest of my life! I'd live where we do now, but travel to see the world and hire someone to clean/do laundry for me.

Whatever you do, don't go below 1200 calories a day. It has been scientifically proven that going below that is very harmful to your body.
