You will definitely get used to it, it's really good in the beginning but after a while you will get used to it and feel like you're not doing anything. It takes me doing sprints at at least 50 resistance for me to even get my heart rate above 160 anymore.

A weight gain of 10 lbs is about perfect, 107 lbs is healthy for a female of 5'3" but maybe try to gain closer to 15 just to make sure you're well within the healthy range

I am a lot smaller than you and I didn't see any difference until I lose around 30 lbs. I didn't see a difference in my clothes or anything at all. I never understood why people get nervous to join a gym. Just go, get on your machine and work out. Other people should have nothing to do with it. If you're that worried... Idk the same advice anyone is going to give you.. just worry about yourself

I eat 1200-1400 calories a day. Last night I had a rice dish at my friends around 10 at night and never added it to my diary because I didn't get home until 3 in the morning I'm eating plenty I can assure you.

Oh I'm really not starving myself! I just hate the look of that little indent ugly thing at the bottom of my stomach.. I wish I had a better picture. thanks everyone! I just thought that at a BMI of 22.5 I would be happy but now I'm seeing that I need to not care so much about the number and go until I feel comfortable and happy.. I just wish it didn't take so long! haha

I was a 36-38DD and last year i lost 36 lbs and now I am a 46C-34D Losing fat is the only way to really lower your bra size, there is no specific way to do it. It should come along with fat loss... but really, it took like 25 lbs loss at least for me to realize my breasts were getting a LITTLE smaller.

In the event of hitting a plateau usually the most effective way is to INCREASE your calories for a couple days, then put it back down. Once you get closer to a weight you're comfortable with gradually increase your calories(maybe 1400 for a few weeks, then 1500..) until you get to your maintenance calorie level.
