I usually log the night before so I have a food plan the next day. Sometimes, I change it up but usually I don't. I like knowing that I don't have to worry about calculations and whatnot the next day

My meals are based around my classes. I usually have two meals - breakfast & dinner. Lunch becomes two-three snacks that I fit in between classes.
