My friends and I joke about this all the time... I couldn't do it unless my son was starving, and then I think there are a million other better ways to make money. Everything!! My favorite before bed snack is apples and peanut butter because it is still sweet.... but I go through jars of peanut butter. I keep a jar at work...

Awesome... my chicken sucks on the Foreman... it takes forever to be done in the middle it seems and then its dry and nasty! I will definately be utilizing these!

I think the last few "meditation" minutes of Yoga are definately relaxing.... however I have taken Yoga from a few different instructors and I have sweat with them all. Granted, I do not feel like it is the best workout, but I definately work and utilize muscles I normally do not in my weight-lifting or pilates classes.…

Don't stress too much. I've already forgiven myself and allowed myself to not hate myself later. You have already worked out which is awesome and you are fully conscious of what is going on.... you will be fine. Try to enjoy yourself, your friends, and the game. JUST GET BACK ON TRACK TOMORROW! :-)

Thanks for your input! I knew the math theory behind it, I just didn't know how it actually played out in life. Sometimes I need to hear other people's opinion/views/experiences rather than just seeing my own.

I got a new blender too! I don't have any good receipes, but I love PB and banana together! I plan to use any random fruits/veggies I have so that they don't go to waste. Love my blender and can't wait to try it out with smoothies too! Makes a hell of a mudslide though ;o)

Celery and apples with peanut butter. Cut the celery up in advanced or buy the already cut up sticks in the container. It costs a little more, but I notice it actually gets eaten because of the convenience as opposed to being cheaper but being wasted because its not used.
