Best way to make chicken on George Foreman grill?
Hey guys... I was wondering...what is the best way to make boneless skinless chicken breast on a George Foreman grill? Tonight I'm marinating some chicken breast in a homemade marinade for 3-4 hrs prior to making it.... but wondering if someone has a tried and true way to cook it?

or fillet the chicken, stuff it with goat cheese and spinach and throw it on the grill, spice as needed (I use sodium free garlic and herbs)0

Chicken Quesadillas
A light and easy version for the George Foreman Grill.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
1 cup minced purple onion
2 teaspoons cumin
2 cups cooked chicken breast
1 (14.5 ounce) can no salt added diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
8 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey jack cheese
Butter flavored cooking spray
Fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)
Directions:
Place oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chopped pepper and onion; cook 3 minutes, stirring often. Add cumin, and cook 1 minute, stirring often. Add chicken and tomato; cook 3 minutes, stirring often. Stir in minced cilantro, salt, and ground pepper.
Place about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on half of each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese evenly over turkey mixture on tortillas; fold tortillas in half.
Grill folded tortillas until cheese is melted and outsides are lightly browned. Set aside, and keep warm. Repeat procedure with remaining tortillas.
Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately.

it's going to have a crusty top, that's about it. But if you marinated it than you should be fine. George and I are tight, he got me through university...I got a huge family sized one for christmas this year. The only problem is a) I don't cook fatty meat so it doesn't even spill down the tray and b) it's a b!tch to clean.0 -
Grilled Chicken Breast is pretty much the only thing we eat anymore on the Foreman grill..But I discovered a trick the other day My chicken gets dry and hard on top, so I take my chicken breast and slice it down the middle the take a piece of alum. foil, spray alittle Pam on it and lay the chicken in. Put whatever sauce/spice we are having on it fold it and put it on the grill. It cooks in the same amount of time and is juicy and not hard !! It makes the chicken even better..Hope you try it0

A simple way to clean the grill: after removing food, wet 3 paper towels, place on grill, close and let steam a couple of minutes. Let cool slightly and wipe clean.0

First thing I do is marinate the chicken with a little Mojo or bbq rub.
Then I take the chicken breast and put it in a gallon size baggie to pound it out thin like a cutlet. This way the chicken can cook evenly. Close the Foreman and then wait for the light to go off. This takes 5 minutes tops!.
It's so simple and very delicious.0 -
Clean it while its hot. Just pour water on it, everything runs right off. Wipe with a paper towel while its still warm.0

It will become really dry if you over cook it. Just watch the juices pour out the bottom and when they stop it is done. Everything cooks really fast on there.0
