I am I average 1200 per day. I have list 42LB so far with 10 to go. It's slowed a bit but slow and steady is the key I think..

Wow brilliant!!! You can really see a difference I have lost 41 lb so far and have another 10 to go. The weight loss has really slowed now- about 1.5 a over last couple of weeks. This really does prove slow and steady is the key and really does work.

Probably not much could say to pick you up. Fix on how you felt when you lost the weight. Perhaps join a club or start a new hobby to take your mind off things. Stick with it and keep your chin up-Good times ahead :smile: :smile:
