I just send people you tube videos from Drberg, Abel James, David Perlmutter nd other experts on this subject... Let them do their own research if they wish. No diet has ever made so much sense to me as this one. I am beyond excited!

I hear you, it's hard to believe because it's not something people talk about, unless you're at MFP. Who Knew you're supposed to eat MORE calories to lose the weight if you are burning alot with exercise. That seems to be messing me up too. I started burning mega calories and the scale has not moved. Can't seem to find the…

Then maybe yoga is for you? or Pilates? have you tried those? It may not be as hard on your knees. Kinda hard to work on your thighs without the knees getting involved somehow. Actually Leg Lifts do wonders (without knees) . On your back for the front of the thighs, on your side for side of thighs or stomach, bending the…

Stand up with your back against a wall then slide down in to sitting position. The lower you go the harder it is. Lunges work wonders and squats. Just be careful of your knees (always over your toes). But I find that until all desired weight is lost we may not get the result we want. I personally like my thighs lean and…

I've been doing it for 2 months now, I LOVE it! I wouldn't say it's "hard" it's just that it challenges and pushes you like a trainer would to push harder and or in a different way than you may have before. So Every exercise can be said to be hard if you were to really push yourself to point of exhaustion. I don't know how…

I agree. I think your food intake may be low. If you're burning 1000-1400 cals You should be eating A LOT more than when sedentary. Are you eating back most of your exercise calories? Your rate is pretty good though, so "if it ain't broke why fix it?"....

For weight loss and working out higher protein is better. Carbs will put more weight on so be happy. I try to shoot for even numbers or higher protein depending on my daily activities. A good way to solve your problem is plan your meals if you can. I decide what I want and log it in and check the total. At that point I…

I am ALL for making your own food whenever possible and keeping things simple and as natural as possible. However, I am Extremely practical and resourceful. Have you tried changing your goals in MY HOME, GOALS and changing the ratio to what is more acceptable to you? Raw Walnuts seem to be the highest in protein without adding too much carbs. Almonds are kind of balanced btw carb and protein so they push the carb #'s. Tuna is also great for some mega protein, Salmon and…

You do love your carbs! Looking at June 5th, i would say your protein intake is very low. Muscles need some protein to grow. Also your ratio at each meal is Carb way much higher than your protein. I would try to balance it a bit more or even go a little higher on the protein, less on the carb for more weight loss. Bread…

The healthiest things you could eat are organic whole fruits and vegetables and meats. I like quick meals myself Ok I know, no bread but if you are going to have a slice (1) slice. Ezekiel 4:9(frozen) is the best. It's flour-less and organic and is great for diabetics (low Glycemic) and weight loss diets. And I like the…

I have the same problem. Not a big eater but now doing p90x. Solution: nuts and juicing. Do you like raw nuts. Great snack. High in calories. Walnuts 174 calories per 1 oz. Almonds 160 cals per 1 oz. But raw (for fat burn) if roasted they will be fattening. Juicing raw fruits and vegetables is also high in calories but…
