  • You dont develop PCOS from low carb dieting. Its a gene defect. You were born with it. Low carb dieting is required for PCOS for a reason.

The tortilla factory has the best low cal tortillas only 90 calls for a large tortilla. just put whatever you like on them. But I am pretty simple.
