Thanks for the information and input, everyone.

I'm going to start doing what others have recommended here. I'm going to 'up' my exercise a bit, but I'm going to start eating more. I have another 25-30 lbs to lose (lost 80) and my weight loss has slowed considerably. I knew it would happen and I understand why, but I still don't like it :) Happy about eating a little…

White foods, for the most part :)

Yes, I used to need a heartburn pill once or twice per day. I can't remember the last time I took one!

Hi, I'm 5'3" and posted my before and 'more than halfway' photos a few weeks ago in this thread. I think if you search my name you'll find them.

Hi and welcome to MFP. I've lost over 70 lbs since November. I almost never eat my exercise calories, but I have a really slow metabolism. Stick with it, make some friends, use your diary and 'own what you eat'. You'll get there!

Boca burgers with deli thins and a laughing cow spread on them. Yogurt Atkins shakes Green salad (bought special salad bowls at the container store with a sealing well for dressing) Pacific organic soups Kashi Go Lean with almond milk (for breakfast) The real key is to plan and pack the night before so you don't stress,…

I weigh Monday and Thursday mornings.

Did you look at the website to see if they list nutritional information? If it were me, I love wings - I'd figure out how many I could 'have' in my calorie budget and compensate for it the rest of the day and tomorrow :) Have fun!
-
Thank you, everyone. I still have a way to go - but I'll get there :)
-
Thank you, Christine :)

103 lbs??!! You are an inspiration! Thanks for your kind words.

So do you, Ronda! Thanks :)

So do you! Thanks!

Standard items: Boca burgers Sandwich Thins (Orowheat or similar) Laughing cow wedges Kashi Go Lean cereal Almond Milk Atkins Shakes and.... whatever fresh veggies from the Farmer's Market. We go there first and then base the meals for the week around the fresh veggies.

You look. Fantastic. That is the only word for it!

Chips, nuts, salty snacks. I cannot stop, once I've gotten started!

You can be social and pleasant without going to lunch every day. If you want, you could offer to organize a healthy pot-luck. Maybe you can alter some of the office bad habits :)
-
Also, I've lost 65 lbs, so I'm pretty serious about my weight loss :)
-
I plan to do it in addition to the hour of fast walking and half hour of Wii Fit rhythm boxing I do each day. I'm not a gym person, but I do get plenty of 'real' exercise each day.
-
I plan out each day in the morning, before breakfast, so I know where I stand. Sometimes it changes, but I always have an 'idea' of where I am calorie-wise all through the day (update on my Android phone if necessary).

Lavash! Cut into square and bake at 425 until crispy. Big sheet of lavash = lots of chip squares for around 200 cals.

Twins? :) I'm 5'3"

Hungry Girl. Not so much for the actual recipes, but for ideas for 'swaps'. She's really good at that.
-
Have a look at Hungry Girl's website. She has some great advice about how to bulk up frozen meals so you're satisfied. And watch the sodium!

I've lost 59 lbs and still have about 40 more to go. I'm in :)

Baked egg in ham cups. Line a muffin tin with good thin sliced ham from the deli. Put a small bit of cheese in the bottom and then break an egg into the 'cup' Bake until done and serve with steamed asparagus. Low carb and delicious.
-
Love it mixed with eggs and low sodium ham!

Up for lunch? I know a great place just over at the edge of the universe...

You mean I've lost all this weight for nothing? Damn!
