You could get a coffee or something . Usually if I'm not feeling it (almost NEVER the case) I just go, knock it out as fast as possible and go home. I usually work pretty hard at the gym, so if I take one day easy it's no biggie.

Your body gets used to the exercise, so you will not get that burn or soreness. However, make sure you are upping the resistance and constantly challenging yourself. Trying adding weight regularly, even if only in minuscule increments.

You might not be able to get around the butter (maybe a vegan alternative?) But you could mix in some protein powder to make them more balanced.

An unrelated way to feel fuller as someone mentioned is to eat more protein and cut back on the bad carbs. Don't necessarily pay attention to the suggested macronutrient ratios on mfp.. I've heard .75 carb to protein ratio is optimal. That is to say 3/4 of the amount of carbs you eat should be protein.

Buy a book. I'm reading Enter the Zone by Barry Sears. But any will do. If you are the tech savy type, spend a few hours researching it on google and you'll save the cash, but I'd just get a book. If you can't find one you like online, just go to B & N and pick one out that looks suitable.

You look much better! Keep up the great work. Anything in particular you did to shed the excess weight?
