I am in.. I had set this for a goal for myself this week.. Now that I have gone public, I have accountability.. It is an awesome fun dance workout.. or so say's the commercials and everyone I have talked to that does it. you can google it or youtube to get an idea.. I think I will go ahead and give it a try! Are you just starting MFP too? I love it. I has been an amazing eye opening first week!

Welcome! I just started this past week. I love MFP. The self accountability is helping me a lot! So far, I am finding lots of support from some great people, and lots of good information! Good luck. We are here together and we can all accomplish our individual goals together!

Welcome! I am new here too. Just started MFP and tomorrow starts week 2. I love the tracking feature, it gives me some self-accountability, and I like that. I am so not an exercise person, although when I used to I felt so much better and didn't look like I do now. Good luck on your journey! :smile: Laura
