I have noticed since doing ESE I dont feel the need to eat every few hours. I use to feel all irritable and shaky iif I didnt eat every 3-4 hours (3 more likely!) but now I am fine. However I also find if I have breakfast I am hungrier throughout the day than if I start eating after lunch. Why is that?

um ok how is this unhealthy? dried fruit (not in huge amounts) is not unhealthy. i have been slim my entire life and have dried fruit everyday. A little bit in my muesli or some sultanas on All Bran. It is a natural sweetener and good for you.

this is for good, this healthy eating. and some days you may not make the best choices but 90% of the time you will-and the weight will stay off! you are doing so well-and great point about feeling sluggish and realising you use to always do that to yourself. its not just about thin, its about health.

i never grew up with mayo so dont understand people's obsession with it. my friend uses natural yoghurt as a substitute. i also never grew up with salad dressings. health freaks as parents did have some rewards :D

We are all skinny in my family. We all weigh ourselves. When I am at my usual weight I might only do it once a fortnight. My Mum who has been 52kg since high school weighs herself every week and if it creeps up a kg she nips it in the bud and cuts out chocolate and dessert until it;s gone...like by the next week :)

My second fasted work out went MUCH better. Did body pump with no dramas whatsoever. Also went and bought BCAA tabs afterwards so will try taking 2 of those 45 min before my next fasted workout. Well as the calories we estimate are usually under what we eat, I would say 1000-1100 calories is close enough. I know today I estimated the calories in the muesli I had at a cafe by looking up one that I thought might be similar. I could be 200 calories out, easy. And maybe they zig zag their calories? 800 one day, 1400…

AGREE! I just made 18 hours th,e first time and felt sick by the last hour, headache, nausea, foggy. Ate and felt fine. 19 hours was my aim the first time so was happy I almost made it. Thanks @porkbelly, will try that next time. My skinny latte is 63 calories. So not single digits but not triple either. Well next fast is Wed 6pm-Thurs 4pm so will see how it goes with espresso shot (ick)
