    Where did you find this?
  • It is not as milky/creamy as regular ice cream. But i think it tastes good! Killed my sweet tooth craving :]

I just had a coworker recommend this to me! She said it wasn't creamy like actual ice cream, but it's still smooth and it helps when you get major ice cream cravings.

Sometimes, I do a similar thing with my protein shakes - I add more ice and it makes it like a milkshake :)
  • Oh and I found it at Hyvee :]

A scoop of chocolate whey, and ice, in a blender, would likely net the same results and be much cheaper.

I hate arctic zero. They took all the happy out! Seriously, I get depressed when I take a bite.
Oh and it's all chemicals, too :(

If you don't learn to control your ice cream craves you won't be able to maintain once you lost the weight.
I'd be careful - What else does it have in it? Is that healthy?

It tastes delicious and I eat this stuff ALOT. An amazing way to feel like your cheating when I can eat 2 or 3 of these a day and easily hit my goals through quick food substitution. The only real problem is this stuff is expen$$$ive which is why I've been forced to save it for more reward type things. If it was as inexpensive as normal ice cream I'd easily be eating a pint or two daily of this. Mint is so far my favorite flavor chocolate pb is delicious as well.
  • The two first ingredients are water and whey protein powder. It's a frozen protein shake. I kinda like it though. Ate like half a pint the other day.

You guys can get some really odd diet foods in the US. We have nothing like this in the UK, apart from Skinny Cow, but they are low cal as they are half teh size of a normal ice-cream stick.

They sell it here are Lunds and Byerlys -- it's not cheap but its a fun treat once in awhile.
It's not like someone is going to eat this for 3 meals a day for life. It's just another idea for a treat...
The ingredients are really not all that bad --- i've tried making ice cream with my own protein and I'm just too lazy.

Not necessarily my whey is about 130 cals just for the protein not to mention all the other cals required to make this. Furthermore, I know I'm not getting an entire pint of ice cream from a scoop of whey.
  • I really need to find this!
