I think increasing your cardio and weights along with greater protein it dos really help to boost your fat loss.. i lost over 7 stone in one year then it slowed right down but now its starting to get back on track but in a healthy way.

Yeah it will be ok, but remember if your eat more or less then work out within the day your body will burn optimum fat the next day, so just work out more the day you eat more.. dont eat at nights, if you do train hard that early morning.. zig zagging will be ok ;-)

Yeah cous cous or just lightly sweated spinach with low fat yohurt, lady fingers are good, they will break down the chicken faster resulting in a better digest. Thanks guys, well I only had a prawn pineapple mix.. but Im off to the gym soon to burn as much as I can off.. I agree at least once a week you should be allowed to satisfy your temptation, I dont fiend it that much Its just nice to have a change because I eat very very simple during the week. Thanks again x

It could just be the scales you are losing that are not that accurate, also depends on your height weight ect that will give the average amount of calories you should burn.. But I have found that no science is correct all depends on your own body rate. I was 13.2lbs on monday 7th, I stick to just under 1200 calories and…
