I Just wear my trainers, I know what you mean about them sticking, but mine are so old they don't have enough grip to stick :P But I think it also depends on the floor. I'd just wear your trainer tomorrow see how you go, as everyone else has said you can always take your shoes off :)

Female, 5'4ft 19yrs, SW: 147lb (1st June 2013) CW: 141lb (19th April 2014) GW: 126lb As you can see I'm only slowly loosing weight (against my hardest protests XD) so I don't have a goal date, ideally get as low as possible by 22nd September when I start uni :)

High school weight; 97lbs Current weight; 141lbs 44 pounds, but I had a eating disorder so never want to get back to that weight ever again.

Banana Pancakes! (I love these) just get one banana mash it then mix it with 2 eggs. Pour into a pan and cook like normal pancakes :) Also I know a lot of people make ice-cream from banana which apparently is really nice (have yet to try this)

I'd suggest having a look at ' Blogilates POP HIIT ' she makes HIIT gym workouts & also print offs so you know exactly how many reps of what you need to do :) Also if you go on her blog you can find videos of her showing how the moves are suppose to look like :3…
