Hmm, I don't know but I'm 5' 2", same weight, but mine are 1330 to lose .5 a week.

They come with sides that she wants you to make with them. She has a chart that will show you what she wants paired together to make a meal, although you can change it up if you want.

Thank you for the people that answered my question (as opposed to trying to get me to not eat clean?) I see no harm in eating whole foods.

I know that, and I didn't ask if it did. It has nothing to do with losing more weight by choosing "clean" over "unclean." I want to try to cut out preservatives and things like that to see if it makes me feel better.

Ahh same!! I'll ask him to do something and if he's like "I will in a minute" I just pretend that I'm getting up to do it and he goes "No, no, sit down! I'll do it!" and gets up. Works every time!

I mean no offense at all here, but I looked at your pictures and if that is what you look like now, you are very thin. Maybe they think they're helping?

Grapes actually have a lot of calories compared to other fruits! Over 100 calories in a cup, which it can be very easy to do when just eating them out of their bag. Raspberries are a good option since they're fairly low in calories and very sweet and filling.
