Help with eating clean
I want to start eating clean, but I don't have tons of time to make food. Do frozen packaged foods from say Trader Joes or Whole Foods count as clean? I'm talking like frozen fish that has spices on it already and stuff like that that I could serve with veggies.

Jillian Michaels 90 Day Revolution Meal Plan
Does anybody have this program? I'm not following her meal plan per say because it involves a lot of cooking, but she says never to include strawberries, peaches or raw carniferous veggies in your weight loss program. I had never heard this before. Her reasoning is that they do something to the thyroid. Has anyone heard…

Dry socket
Ok, not really a weight loss question per se, but... I had my wisdom teeth out exactly one week ago. Two days after the surgery I started feeling more pain. Turns out it was dry socket. About Exercise Calories...
Okay, I get that people say that MFP already creates a deficit. But what if you don't have a 500 calorie deficit? It says my calories burned are 1600 a day. So at 1,200 I'm only getting a 400 calorie deficit. So if I work out and burn 100 calories I have to eat that? It doesn't make sense.

The Most Common Nutrition Mistakes
Most are common sense...so I picked some interesting ones. 1. You pick brown eggs over less-nutritious white. Result: Up to a 25% price premium paid for what is, basically, an aesthetic choice Even in the era of fancy omega-3 eggs, brown eggs retain a certain rustic allure. But a large brown egg contains the exact same…
