Grab some popsicle molds, pour in a 0-calorie drink (such as Powerade Zero Fruit Punch Sports Drink) and freeze! Yummy fruit popsicle for 0 calories.

    I find that propel doesn't freeze well, just in case you were wondering. and drink mixes like crystal light need to be mixed and let to settle and mixed again until it seems like it's all incorporated otherwise you will have a concentration of it somewhere in the popcicle.

    Hmm, well I tried it with Powerade and it worked well.
