Easy sandwich

Just tried a new sandwich today after seeing a variation of it in Women's Health. I am eating it right now and it is delicious! Just wanted to share with anyone who wants a super filling lunch.
2 slices whole wheat bread (Nature's Own is 100 calories for two slices)
2 or 3 slices of Cabot reduced fat cheddar (the cracker sized ones -- 3 slices is 80 calories)
3 oz. of Boar's Head Low-Sodium Turkey (80 calories)
Half an avocado
We don't have a toaster oven at work, so I toast the bread in a toaster, then put the cheese and turkey on top and microwave for about 30 seconds. Then I top with the avocado. Eat it with a fork and knife!
