I like mini wheats, special K, bran buds, raisin bran, and Nature’s Path sunrise. Sometimes I make slow cooker steel cut oats with apple cinnamon and a touch of honey.

I do the same thing. Track on the calendar day I eat it. After midnight is a new day. I’m a shift worker.

I agree. I will only get 1-3hrs sleep if I exercise in the evening. I understand your dilemma, I work 12hr rotating shift work. It’s not possible to exercise before day shifts or on lunch breaks. I must remain at work and grab something to eat whenever I get a chance.

YouTube is great. I also have dvds, step for step aerobics, dumbbells, kettlebell, exercise ball, and yoga stuff. I’ve gone back in time to the 80s when I still had hopes and dreams 😂 This includes Jane Fonda, Reebok, Cher step aerobics and lots of 80s music because it motivates me. ☺️

I have some health issues, one of the symptoms is pain. I discovered following Mediterranean diet helps significantly. The medical specialist told me diet has no effect on my pain. According to google research it does. *shrugs* I have not been consistent which is why I suspect diet is a factor. I tend to cycle on/off this…

I know other people that gained weight on it. I didn't, but I had other bad side effects. I was on it for 9 months.....long enough to give it a fair evaluation, IMO. I recommend talking with your doctor and trying a different method of birth control.
