My coffee shop keeps pumpkin spice all year. If they didn't, they might not be my coffee shop. I had an iced "Mean Girl" yesterday. (pumpkin spice latte with 2 pumps of hazelnut to trick you - - my favorite barista made it up on the spot when I went in on a Wednesday wearing pink.)

Hot power yoga. 95 degree room with 33 students and the instructor. 77 minutes with an average heart rate of 134. I need to find a class that I can get to that's between yin and power yoga. There has to be a happy medium.

It's Friday! It's a long weekend. I have my football tickets printed for my university's home opener. I have Tai chi tomorrow morning at a local state park. I have a yoga class scheduled for Monday morning. It's gonna be a great weekend. What's everyone else up to?

Hot Yin Yoga.... That's the ticket. My neck and jaw are finally relaxed. I don't like training and I really don't like training when It doesn't have their act together for my new employee. I am going to survive tomorrow and hope my usual guy can help me after his vacation is over.

Looks interesting. I am not allowed to run anymore since my rightaccessory navicular bones started moving randomly after a bad ankle sprain last fall. I miss being able to run at least short distances as interval cardio.

Yes, weighted counts. Next time I will say body weight or more. :). I haven't finished my stairs yet, but I have done the body weight squats and have had banana, dates, mashed cauliflower, and peas and meatloaf, which I always put tomato sauce and onions in because my kids will eat the vegetables that way.

One of my coworkers is wearing one black ballet flat and one black under armor flip flop. There has to be a reason, but I am not asking. @MoHousdon Monday challenge(s) : Exercise: 50 bodyweight squats and one extra flight of stairs. (I aim for 5 flights a day, I will do 6.) Food: eat five servings of fruit/vegetables. If you already do this daily, eat two that you don't usually eat.) You can do either challenge or both.

Right this second I wouldn't eat anything. I am full. Cheesecake is usually my answer, though.
